Henry1 may be the first son of John & Mildred and therefore elder brother to Gilbert. He is probably half-brother to Robert and perhaps also to Stephen.

It is not obvious who this is! She does not fit in with any of the data I have. However, I have not found any earlier references to the Bridges family in Barham and I am assuming that Henry Bridges (below) is Henry 3, son of John Bridges of Smarden since it seems likely that his uncle Robert was the "cousin, grasier of Barham" mentioned in the will of Thomasin.
